# Recording Strudel with Reaper

Hello folks,

I figured out a workflow to record Strudel patterns using a looper, and I wrote some notes about it here: [pastagang - farfalle funk – Tristan's Zettelkasten](https://midirus.com/audio/pgFarfalleFunk)

I tried using the `.channels` function, but my Firefox/pipewire wouldn't create the extra channels. What's your tricks to record Strudel?
